Refund policy

Big Texas Stop is an independent reseller of genuine Buc-ee's products, bought in person and shipped nationwide. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Buc-ee's, Ltd.

Food and Consumable Items

For food safety, all food and consumable items (snacks, candy, jerky, nuts, sauces, condiments, pickled goods, popcorn, jams, and salsa) are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, unless an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective.

Apparel, Drinkware, and Accessories

Non consumable items like apparel, hats, drinkware, and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Custom Gift Boxes

Custom gift boxes are built to order and are final sale, unless they're damaged in transit.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow this same policy. See our Cancellation Policy for how to skip, change, or cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the return is because of our mistake.
