Shipping policy

Every order ships from our home base in Alabama by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the order.

Processing Time

Every order ships within 48 hours. We buy everything in person at Buc-ee's, so if something you ordered has just sold out, we'll reach out right away with options before your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8, and it's free on orders of $55 or more. Express shipping is $15. Large and heavy items like coolers, grills, wagons, chairs, and snack cases ship at their own rate based on weight, and you'll always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 3 to 7 business days with Standard shipping, or about 2 to 3 business days with Express, depending on where you live.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don't offer international shipping right now.

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Food Items and Hot Weather

Some treats like chocolate and fudge don't love the heat. During hot weather we pack them with extra care, and if we ever think the weather could affect your order, we'll reach out before it ships.
