Lots of our snacks can be ordered as a monthly subscription for 5% off every order. Here's exactly how it works.

How Billing Works

Your first order is charged at checkout and ships within 48 hours. After that, your card on file is charged once a month on the same day, and each order ships within 48 hours of being charged. Your subscription keeps renewing every month until you cancel.

Free Shipping on Subscriptions

Subscription orders of $25 or more ship free with Standard shipping. Orders under $25 pay our regular $8 Standard shipping.

Skipping, Changing, or Canceling

You can skip a month, change your items or quantities, update your card, or cancel anytime. There are no fees and no minimum number of orders. Just log in to your account, or use the link in your order confirmation email, to manage your subscription. To stop the next charge, make your changes at least 2 days before your next billing date. If you need a hand, reach out through our Contact page and we'll take care of it for you.

If an Item Is Out of Stock

Since we buy everything in person at Buc-ee's, an item can sometimes be unavailable. If that happens, we'll reach out before your order ships so you can swap it for something similar, skip it that month, or get a refund for that item.

Refunds

Subscription orders follow our Refund Policy. Food items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, and if that happens we'll make it right.
